Engagement session in LA Arts District
Molly & Jonathan, thanks so much for humoring us & we hope you had as much fun as we did! Looking forward to July!
We have been absolutely DYING! to shoot in the Los Angeles Arts District downtown and we were thrilled that Molly & Jonathan were not only on board but completely enthusiastic. They totally brought their A game with their cool & colorful outfits, sultry looks and sweet snuggles. And they were great sports as we had them sitting around in the grunge and staring into the blinding sun. (Don’t worry Jonathan, we edited out your single tear…)

We met up with Nicole & Mark at the Walt Disney Concert Hall for their engagement session, but I think we may have had even more fun in the parking garage across the street! Thanks so much to Nicole & Mark for being open to anything and especially to Nicole for braving the cold in her pretty, pretty dress and hiking all over in her ultra fab shoes. It paid off! Here are some of our faves:
Melissa & Chris live in New York City, so it is appropriate that they chose to have an elegant & urban wedding in Downtown Los Angeles. After getting ready at The Standard Hotel just around the corner, we had loads of time and amazing light for portraits before the ceremony. Café Pinot may be one of our most favorite venues ever…and Melissa & Chris are definitely one of our favorite couples! They are super sweet & so much fun. Lots of laughter, happy tears and boogying on the dance floor. Their happiness is infectious and it totally shows in the photos.
