Ahhh…Ashley and Jimmy had a lovely (if a tiny bit chilly) day for their gorgeous Cape Cod wedding! The sky was the perfect shade of blue, the reception room was beyond pretty, and we don’t think we’ll ever forget how sweetly ecstatic Ashley and Jimmy were during their first dance. We were so happy to be part of it.

Lindsey and Mike had one of the most beautiful and fun weddings of our entire season so far and it all comes down to how sweet and genuine Lindsey and Mike are, the love they have for each other and the dancing fiends that are their friends and family. Melissa and I were both at BU COM at the same time and had loads of mutual friends there, so it is totally crazy that it took 10+ years and jobs working in the wedding industry for us to finally connect. Congratulations, Lindsey and Mike!
Sometimes Lindsey and I are especially bowled over by how special our job is. Emily and Colin are so fun and sweet and kind and adventurous and spontaneous and…the list goes on and on. When they realized their families were actually going to be on the same continent for a couple of weeks, they decided to make their long time commitment to one another official and plan a wedding. In just two weeks! Emily was already a member of the Sweet Monday Photography extended family as we had photographed the wedding of her brother and sister-in-law a few years ago, and we were so, so honored when Valerie and Michael recommended (insisted!) they hire us and even more honored when Emily, Colin and the rest of their family so generously welcomed us into their intimate and super special celebration. As you can see, it was nothing but smiles, laughter, hugs, kisses and happy tears. It couldn’t have been a more beautiful day if it had been planned for months.
