These next two were shot in a parking lot! I love it when we find little sweet spots in unexpected places.
Remember a couple of weeks ago when it was freakishly hot in LA? That’s when we shot Nicole and Vahram’s engagement session. April and I were sweaty disasters, but somehow Nicole and Vahram managed to stay beautiful. Thanks, guys, for being such good sports, despite the heat and the bugs!
Since we’ve been out of town, the photos to share have just been piling up! And there are lots of couples anxious for a little peek…so, let’s get right to it! We met up with Susan & Greg for their engagement session in their hometown of Corona del Mar. We started at Lookout Point where Greg proposed, walked among all the lovely beach homes and enjoyed a killer sunset! Here are some of our favorites images from their session:
Susan & Greg, Thanks for introducing us to a great new location! We had a blast & look forward to doing it all over again in just a few more weeks!
We wish we could have been guests at Caroline and Mario’s MountainGate wedding because there were SO many fun little details for the guests throughout the day. Caroline and Mario and their adorable wedding party performed an awesome dance during their entrance into the reception, there were sparklers galore, and (YUM!) a cotton candy machine!

Mario wrote his vows to Caroline on a giant paper heart. So sweet.
Cotton candy machine + gorgeous long wedding dress that becomes a really fab short wedding dress = wedding WIN!
Caroline and Mario, your wedding was SO FUN! Best wishes for many equally wonderful years to come!
Tiffany & Myron live in Hong Kong but were having a SoCal wedding…so we photographed their engagement session on Monday and then their wedding on Saturday! First up is their engagement session at Union Station. Tiffany was inspired by the film In the Mood for Love and wanted a dark, cinematic feel to her engagement session. Union Station was perfect for giving us the vintage look of the movie & the dramatic light. Then we moved outside for some more casual fun. Here are some of our favorite images:
Congratulations, Tiffany & Myron! Thanks for such a fun e-session! Looking forward to showing you wedding photos…soon!
