There was an abundance of love and warmth at Marina & John’s Quechee Inn wedding. It was so fun watching their close knit group of family and friends cheer them on all day (including a parade to the ceremony! Amazing!). And hats off to Marina for thinking outside the box with her awesome Ian Stuart gown – Made our day! Marina and John, thank you for having us as part of your celebration. We wish you all the best for an adventure-filled life together!
Sometimes Lindsey and I are especially bowled over by how special our job is. Emily and Colin are so fun and sweet and kind and adventurous and spontaneous and…the list goes on and on. When they realized their families were actually going to be on the same continent for a couple of weeks, they decided to make their long time commitment to one another official and plan a wedding. In just two weeks! Emily was already a member of the Sweet Monday Photography extended family as we had photographed the wedding of her brother and sister-in-law a few years ago, and we were so, so honored when Valerie and Michael recommended (insisted!) they hire us and even more honored when Emily, Colin and the rest of their family so generously welcomed us into their intimate and super special celebration. As you can see, it was nothing but smiles, laughter, hugs, kisses and happy tears. It couldn’t have been a more beautiful day if it had been planned for months.
Congratulations, Emily & Colin! And thank you!
Joanne and John’s wedding was so perfectly elegant (some of the prettiest reception tables we’ve ever photographed!). They really had a dream team of vendors and it all made for lovely way to spend 4th of July weekend. Joanne and John, it was great to meet you and we wish you all the best with your big move back to the states!

Who doesn’t love summer camp?! Rachel made such great friends and memories at Camp Ramah as a youth that it was the perfect backdrop for celebrating the beginning of her married life with Jonah. Besides being a gorgeous location, all their friends and family stayed together in the bunk houses, had the pool all to themselves, not to mention the orange groves, and the ball fields and the zip line! This wedding was nothing but fun! And don’t even get me started on the INSANE light we got in the middle of the reception…we just had to steal Rachel & Jonah away from the party for some romantic portraits in the super pretty glow.
Extra special thanks for planning such a spectacular day goes to Lindsey, Rachel’s BFF, and her mom Ronna. And congratulations again to the newlyweds, Rachel & Jonah!
