Rehearsal Dinner at the New England Aquarium
Andrea and Ryan’s welcome party was the first chance we’ve had to go to the New England Aquarium since the renovations were completed and it is GORGEOUS! Such a fun space to kick off a weekend of celebration and we all enjoyed watching the video of Ryan proposing to Andrea at the top of the Golden Gate Bridge.

We started off our 2014 season with Emily & Jimmy’s romantic winter wedding at the Harvard Club of Boston – a super sweet day with Jimmy’s dad officiating the ceremony and big, fat snowflakes swirling outside. It was an extra fun day for us as we got to work with our favorite filmmaking team, Long Haul Films, and Jennifer Sepulveda at the Harvard Club, who coordinated the day beautifully.

Congratulations, Emily & Jimmy! Happy Valentine’s Day!
Just after Christmas, we got to photograph the wedding of my husband’s great friend Dan and his love Michaela. While we’re fond of all our couples, naturally it’s especially meaningful to be part of the weddings of friends. We got lucky with some warm weather (relatively speaking, of course – We’re still adjusting to not having LA temperatures while shooting!), worked with some great vendors, and to top it off, I got to spend the reception being a guest! Many thanks to Lauren Winchester for photographing that part of the day with April so that I could have some wine and dance with my hubby. Kayla and Dan (and darling Charlotte), we love you! XOXO.

As we head into our winter break, we are so happy to be sharing Karin and Craig’s out-of-this-world dreamy autumn wedding at The Mount, Edith Wharton’s estate in the Berkshires. As a novelist, this was certainly Karin’s dream wedding location, but it was also ours! We were in awe of the history, grandeur and just plain gorgeousness of The Mount. Every room was lovely – A wedding photographer’s dream! Karin did all the calligraphy for the invitations and place settings herself; a huge undertaking that paid off big time. She and Craig also had incredibly sweet vows, and the light rain that started during the ceremony honestly just made it even more romantic. Karin and Craig, what a day! We are so honored that we got to be part of it.
